Remember Ronald Reagan falling asleep with the Pope when they were trying to hide the fact that President Reagan had Alzheimer’s? I don’t wish either of those diseases on anybody, but people need to wake up and smell the roses and see what’s really going on!!

I certainly don’t wish Alzheimer’s on Trump. Not that it isn’t obvious he’s already in serious mental decline.
But I want him awake, alert, with all his faculties intact. I don’t want him missing a minute of his incarceration and knowing exactly how fucked he is.
So I’m writing another comment to my comment. I’m off the road for the night and I finally had time to look at major media and Substacks. How can there be such a glaring difference? CNN doesn’t mention a single thing. WaPo only says he nodded off. Nope Ogre, ageism will not be dead after the first day of court because journalism is out to lunch and maybe dinner too☹️
He was probably sundowning all night, so they gave me some type of benzo. His lawyers needed him calm. I much prefer the sleepy version of him instead of his constant bitching & moaning.
A Cornell psychologist stated that Drumpf has phonemic paraphasia - swapping parts of words for other words - and is a sign of dementia. At his Saturday rally he did this several times, as in trying to say “alien” that turned into”allinthin”.
This is the sort of thing that happens when you stay up all night angry tweeting on social media.
But about Don. This is the guy who was against the US Korea free trade agreement because they weren’t ’paying enough.’ So a letter was prepared, and snatched off his desk. He didn’t miss it. That’s a problem.
A bigger problem is that if Trump is re-elected, his staff will be sycophants and guard rails will be removed.
I like your thought process re: contempt, but it’s more likely he was bored out of his everlasting mind after he finished bonding with or intimidating jurors as they were interviewed.
I could not claim to be unbiased as a juror, although I do relish the truth of an issue, but the joy of glaring back at him would be delicious.

You know they won’t do that. Both Sides has never actually meant Both Sides. It means that a Republican misdeed has to be balanced by a Democratic one, even if the equivalence, or the misdeed itself, has to be created out of whole cloth. It never happens in the opposite direction.
