The Left Is Getting Violently Angry. The Billionaire Fascists Should Be Very Afraid

There's something very different happening this time.

These are dark times but I will continue to tell the stories you need to hear in a clear (and usually profane) voice. Something violent and ugly is brewing on the left and I’m not all that opposed to it. The billionaire parasites trying to seize control should be very afraid and I don’t mean for their money and power. If they keep this shit up, they’ll be lucky if they live long enough to see the inside of a courtroom for their crimes.

I am not a great historical scholar. But my understanding is that the 1960s was a time of overwhelming backlash against the stifling white patriarchal orthodoxy¹ of the 1940s and 50s. Since the power structure did not take well to this challenge to its authority, there was a lot of civil unrest. Massive protests, riots, the Kent State shooting,² etc. There were even far-left terrorist groups like The Weather Underground.

But then there was a backlash to the backlash and the left did not try to burn it all down again for 40+ years. Then came the Occupy Movement. Despite Occupy being completely non-violent, the power structure lost its fucking mind. It had been almost half a century since a real threat had appeared and they didn’t really know what to do. So they clamped down. Hard. Very violent. Lots of police brutality. All to protect the billionaires.

Cool.

We all noticed the Tea Party didn’t get the same treatment despite openly calling for political assassination. “Second Amendment remedies” and constant threats to kill Democrats were just fine. Peacefully chanting for legal consequences for Wall Street? Oh, fuck you, you goddamn hippies! Eat baton!

Occupy went away and Trump was “elected.” Black Lives Matter popped up in the interim and the powers that be didn’t like that one bit, either. To say that the police rioted during the George Floyd protests would be an understatement. Peaceful marches against the police? Not on my watch! Have some pepper spray! The Proud Boys and white nationalist militias got to run wild, though. We all noticed that, too.

Then we watched January 6th and how the police didn’t open fire. How the press spent four years whitewashing the attack and the man who led it. How the party that initially condemned and then cravenly capitulated was normalized. We all saw the billionaires take control of that party and then buy an election.

Now these parasites are openly staging a coup and they’re still being protected by the legacy press and the government they bought. They’re quite giddy at the prospect of finally toppling the United States and living like unaccountable kings. It’s what they’ve been planning for all along.

There’s a problem, though.

The left is very angry and getting angrier. “Oh poo.” You say. “The left is always angry about something.” Yeah…that’s true. But there’s angry and then there’s this:

You may have caught this shero behind the senators and congresspeople at Tuesday’s rally. I didn’t immediately notice her hat due to the giant sign she was carrying but when I did, I said to myself, “I feel like she is not actually into Super Mario Bros.” After the rally was done, I zipped over to her to ask and, surprise!, she was not. She was wearing a Luigi hat for exactly the reasons I thought she was. And that’s when I noticed her rather unique shirt.

If you’re not familiar with the character, first, dude…come on. That’s Ghostface from the horror series “Scream.” He kills people. Lots of people. It’s a very specific message to have his face covered with the names of billionaires, no?

Then there was this guy:

Now, there’s not much to his website. Mostly merch. But if the meaning of the words “Deny Delay Defend” on bullet casings is unclear, again, dude… Those are the words Luigi Mangione scratched into the bullets he used to kill the CEO of UnitedHealthcare.

So, without putting any effort into looking for them, I found two people openly calling for the death of people like Elon Musk, the people openly attempting to stage a coup and seize control of the country.

Could be a coincidence. Maybe in a crowd of thousands, they were the only two people who want Musk and his fellow parasites dead. I’m going to go on out a limb, however, and suggest they were far from the only two people there thinking about “Second Amendment remedies.”

Call it a backlash to the backlash. The right went full Nazi and it’s never a good idea to go full Nazi. Not for nothing, literally every single piece of pop culture says the same thing: Killing Nazis is not only moral, it’s fun!

But beyond that, the right has gone so far off the deep end, the backlash to their bullshit was bound to be just as extreme. The 60s got violent for a reason and it wasn’t because the hippies were smoking marijuana.³

Did the billionaire parasites really think they could destroy millions of lives, kill hundreds of thousands of us, and threaten to kill hundreds of thousands more, all while wallowing in greed beyond anything seen in over a century and NOT face the wrath of the millions of people not consumed by right-wing propaganda? Did they think they could steal everything and laugh in our faces while doing it and no one would think, “Hey, maybe these scumbags need to be put down like the rabid animals they are?”

America is only the most heavily armed country in the world and we do so love our founding mythology of killing tyrants. It probably never occurred to the right that this would come and bite them in the ass. After all, libs are pussies and only MAGA is tough, yeah?

I’m sure the CEO of UnitedHealthcare probably told himself something like that. And then he was gunned down in the streets. Oh well.

The billionaire parasites have flooded this country with guns as part of their campaign to make Americans unsafe and angry and paranoid. Cool. But, and I’ve said this before, all the money in the world will not stop a bullet. Body armor and bodyguards and bullet-proof glass will only work for so long if a country filled with guns decides you have to die. When that happens, and it very well may. What are Elon Musk and his buddies going to do? Hide away? Never go out in public? Intolerable. No one tells the billionaires what they can do! But what other option will they have?

Try to take the guns away? Good luck with that, fuckos. If the left is literally gunning for you and the billionaires decide the solution is no more guns, the right will put a target on them, too. They might as well eat a bullet themselves and get it over with.

Now, here’s the thing. If you’ll recall, when the right threatens and/or commits violence, the power structure does…absolutely fucking nothing. But when it’s the left? They fly into a blind panic. I wrote about this when the press obsessed over that CEO being Luigied for weeks. Seriously, they wrote more articles about one guy being shot than they have Elon Musk staging a coup.

What does that tell you about the priorities of the “liberal media?”

So if (when) this rage at the billionaire parasites grows and calls for their execution get louder, expect the power structure to react…poorly. They know that when the left gets angry, they direct their anger at the real problem. The right targets migrants and trans kids and librarians. Anyone and everyone except for the people actually making their lives miserable. The left goes after the rich scumbags behind it all.

If that rage becomes homicidal instead of just political? That puts a target on the very people who think they should be untouchable. Again, a billion dollars will not stop a bullet to the brain and Cybertrucks are not actually bulletproof.

But hey, have fun out there, Elon. Make sure you weave and dodge when you’re in public, yeah?

There are 54 days until the first Blue Wave starts in Wisconsin and 271 days until it hits Virginia and Pennsylvania. If I were a billionaire fascist, I’d think REALLY hard about getting out of the way.
